Before delving into tactical drills, Sesko and his teammates participated in final preparations to warm up their muscles, which included executing high kicks that showcased the Slovenian’s impressive acrobatic skills—surprisingly agile given his towering stature.
The squad then moved onto a training pitch equipped with mannequins to work on their positioning under the guidance of head coach Amorim.
During this segment, the 22-year-old scored the first goal of the session with a close-range shot, assisted by newcomer Diego Leon. Sesko also set up opportunities for Joshua Zirkzee and Collyer, against a rotating lineup of first-team goalkeepers, capping off this training portion with a trademark leaping header from the newly signed striker.
Following this, the team gathered in a huddle with Amorim for a debrief before transitioning to the next pitch, where they rejoined some Academy players, who were geared up and ready to challenge the senior squad.
