As of Thursday’s final round of qualifiers, nine clubs have already secured their positions in the league phase, which takes the place of the traditional group stage in this season’s women’s competition.

Arsenal qualified by winning the European title last season, while eight additional teams earned their spots based on their domestic league performances in 2024/25.

The top two clubs from France (Lyon, Paris Saint-Germain) and Germany (Bayern Munich, Wolfsburg) will also be included in the draw, alongside Chelsea, Juventus, Benfica, and Barcelona, the current champions of England, Italy, Portugal, and Spain respectively.

Teams from the same association cannot compete against each other at this stage, meaning United will be unable to face Arsenal or Chelsea.
