On Tuesday, Transfermarkt unveiled its latest update on the market values in the Premier League. As the wealthiest and most valuable league globally, fluctuations in market value can significantly affect some of football's biggest stars. A total of 543 players experienced changes in market value during this update, with the most notable shift occurring at Manchester City, where star striker Erling Haaland saw his value rise by €20 million to €200 million. This increase reinstated the Norwegian as one of the world's most valuable players. But who else has seen their stock rise in the Premier League? Let’s explore.

Taking the first position is a player who recently joined the Premier League and has excelled at Manchester City. In the new market value update, Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma saw his value increase by €5 million to €45 million, establishing him as the world’s most valuable goalkeeper. Partnering him in defense is teammate Josko Gvardiol, who despite a €5 million decrease in market value, remains the highest-valued left-back in the Premier League and the second in the world.

The Man City duo is complemented by three players from Arsenal. On the right side, Jurriën Timber's market value surged by €10 million to €70 million, making the Dutch star the third most valuable right-back worldwide and the leader among his Premier League peers. In central defense, Gabriel Magalhães maintained his €75 million value, while William Saliba's market value increased by €10 million to €90 million, making him the most valuable central defender in the Premier League and one of the top defenders in Europe.

In central midfield, Arsenal's Declan Rice remains at €120 million despite no change, making him the highest-valued player in his position in the Premier League and the fourth globally. Next to him, Chelsea's Moisés Caicedo saw a €10 million rise in his market value to €110 million, thanks to his standout performances at Stamford Bridge this season.

Ahead of these midfielders are three talented attackers showcasing their flair. Arsenal's winger Bukayo Saka experienced a €10 million decrease, bringing his value to €130 million. Alongside him is Chelsea's Cole Palmer, who retained his market value and remains the most valuable left winger in the Premier League.

Lastly, positioned as the No. 10 is Liverpool's new signing Florian Wirtz. Despite a €20 million decrease reflecting uncertainties about his performance, the German international is still valued at an impressive €110 million, placing him at the top among his peers in the Premier League. Thus, the new most valuable XI in the English top-flight is completed with Wirtz behind the aforementioned Haaland.
