130 new market valuations

This week, Transfermarkt published its latest market value update for the Swedish Allsvenskan, affecting the valuations of 130 players across the league, with both increases and decreases observed. The standout performers were Mjällby AIF, whose squad value rose by €3.9 million, while IFK Norrköping experienced the largest drop in squad value. So, which players stood out and could be future stars to watch? We spoke with Transfermarkt’s data scout for the Swedish top-flight, Joel Classon, to learn more.
Love Arrhov: €1m increase in market value to €5m
One of the most exciting prospects in Swedish football is Love Arrhov. The 17-year-old made a significant impact with Brommapojkarna in early 2025, leading to a €4.6 million transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt over the summer, with a loan back to his former club until January 2026. “Let’s start with Love Arrhov,” Classon shared when discussing top talents. “Arrhov is definitely a top-tier talent in Allsvenskan. He has showcased his abilities consistently as a regular first-team player and accumulated valuable experience. At a transfer value of €4.5 million, it’s an incredible deal, especially considering clubs like AIK and Djurgården would have likely sought a higher price. I believe Arrhov is on track to become Sweden’s next major midfielder.”
Matias Siltanen: €2.5m increase in market value to €3.5m
Another notable young midfielder is Djurgården’s Matias Siltanen. Following a €2.5 million increase in market value in the recent update, the 18-year-old’s valuation has soared by an impressive 250%, making him the biggest gainer in the Allsvenskan. Classon explained, “Siltanen has been crucial for Djurgården, playing nearly every match. Although the club’s season hasn’t gone as they hoped, Siltanen has emerged as a key player. At just 18, he holds significant importance in the midfield, making it impossible not to boost his value. Djurgården acquired him for €1.2 million from Kuopion Palloseura, meaning his current €3.5 million valuation reflects his real worth and the interest he has generated from larger clubs.”
Kevin Filling: €1.8m increase in market value to €1.8m
Finally, young striker Kevin Filling has made waves in Swedish football this year and received his first market value estimate in the latest update. After his promotion from AIK’s youth team to the senior squad, Filling has scored three goals in 12 matches and, at just 16, has already piqued the interest of major clubs like Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United. “With Filling, I wanted to strike a balance in his market value,” Classon stated. “He’s undoubtedly a great talent, but his playing time has been limited. He has started only two matches and played around 250 minutes, scoring two goals in that span. I believe €1.8 million is a fair valuation given the interest around him and his performance so far. A higher value might be justified if he had more game time, but at just 16, this figure is a solid foundation for his career moving forward.”
