Tottenham Hotspur has finalized a deal with PSG for Randal Kolo Muani. The French international will join Thomas Frank's squad on a loan basis until the end of the season, following successful negotiations. The agreement entails a straight loan without a purchase option, with Spurs responsible for a €5 million loan fee.

The 26-year-old has arrived in London to undergo his medical examination, with the announcement of the deal anticipated before the deadline. Kolo Muani had a successful loan spell at Juventus last season, where he impressed and contributed to 16 goals in 36 appearances. Although the Italian side wished to secure a permanent transfer, an agreement with PSG was not reached, making him a valuable addition for Tottenham.

PSG invested a staggering €95 million to acquire Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023; however, he struggled to make an impact in France. After showcasing his talent with 43 goal contributions in 50 games at Frankfurt, he managed only 11 goals in 54 matches with PSG. Though Kolo Muani's contract runs until 2028 at Paris, it seems unlikely that he will feature prominently under Luis Enrique.

Kolo Muani's arrival will enhance Frank's attacking options as Spurs bolster that area during the summer transfer window. The loan of Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich has been made permanent, while Mohammed Kudus joined from West Ham and Xavi Simons came in from RB Leipzig. Frank often adjusts his tactical setup, and Kolo Muani will now compete for a starting position alongside Richarlison and Dominic Solanke.
