They are frequently referenced by top clubs, elite players, and major media outlets across the globe. Each major league receives four updates per season, where player valuations are revised based on various criteria.
The English Premier League is undoubtedly the largest league in the world, attracting billions of fans every weekend. It holds the title of the most valuable league globally, with a total market value of €12.78 billion. Additionally, the Premier League features six of the ten most valuable clubs worldwide, reinforcing its status as the richest league. But who holds the title of the most valuable player in the history of the 20 current Premier League clubs? Let’s discover.
Most Valuable Player in the History of Every Premier League Club
Erling Haaland currently holds the record as the most valuable player in Premier League history, valued at €200 million. The Manchester City star achieved this record valuation in October 2024 but saw a decrease to €180 million in May 2025. Four clubs in the Premier League feature players with a historical market value of €150 million: Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Arsenal.
