Christos Mouzakitis, an emerging talent from Greece, has been named the 'Golden Boy Web' 2025 by Tuttosport, following a global fan voting. The 18-year-old midfielder from Olympiacos Piraeus succeeds Juventus star Kenan Yıldız, who garnered the most votes last year. The awards ceremony is set for December 1, 2025, at the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile in Turin.

The 'Golden Boy Web' award was introduced last year, allowing fans worldwide to vote for their favorite among 100 nominated players. Mouzakitis triumphed over competitors including Juventus's Yıldız, Arda Güler from Real Madrid, and Jobe Bellingham of Borussia Dortmund.

With a market value of €15 million, Mouzakitis is the most valuable player at Olympiacos and the second most valuable in the Greek Super League 1. He has caught the attention of major clubs like Manchester United and Arsenal, and there have been past links to Borussia Dortmund as well.

Désiré Doué from Paris Saint-Germain has also been recognized, having been awarded the 'Golden Boy' title for 2025 by Tuttosport. This prestigious accolade has been given since 2003 and has had several illustrious winners, including Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappé, and Lionel Messi.

From a German perspective, Mario Götze's triumph in 2011 remains memorable. At the conclusion of each season, Tuttosport publishes a list of 100 professional players under 21, which is narrowed down to 25 in October. The final winner is chosen by fifty selected journalists.
