Reflecting on his recent drought without a domestic goal, Zirkzee expressed gratitude for the backing he has received from head coach Ruben Amorim, his teammates, and the entire coaching staff.
“This is one of the biggest clubs in the world, and performing is essential,” he remarked. “When you go a while without scoring, it can weigh on you, but I’m lucky to be surrounded by incredible players and supportive individuals who help each other daily. They have made this process much easier for me.”
