The Premier League has released statistics showcasing the fastest speeds recorded during the first three gameweeks of the season.
Leading the pack is Wolves defender Jackson Tchatchoua, who reached an impressive speed of 37.30 km/h in a match against Everton, marking the third-fastest time since the technology’s inception—only surpassed by Micky van de Ven and Kyle Walker.
Following closely behind is Mbeumo, who clocked in at 36.36 km/h during the 1-1 draw against Fulham, placing him second among his compatriots.
Former Liverpool player Dan James, currently with Leeds United, secures the third spot, while another ex-player, Anthony Elanga, who has recently joined Newcastle United, also finds himself in the top five.
