The beloved former Manchester United midfielder, who departed Old Trafford in 2022, has made the move from Western Sydney Wanderers to Melbourne Victory.
Staying within the A-League allows him to further pursue his journey in Australia, and at the age of 37, he remains eager to prolong his illustrious playing career.
His experiences in Turkey (with Galatasaray) and Japan (at Vissel Kobe) reflect his willingness to take on new challenges worldwide since leaving the Premier League, where he is fondly remembered for his exceptional technical skills.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at @wswanderersfc: the club, the fans, RBB… You have been an incredible community and I will always cherish the warm welcome and support I received throughout the season. Your commitment to using the power of football for positive change… https://t.co/7Qyc51US9v
