This season, we have taken action against over 10,000 accounts suspected of ticket misuse, primarily linked to automated software (bots) or registered under fictitious names. Notably, only 93 of these sanctions involved away games.
Creation of Working Groups
We have established four working groups that will convene regularly between meetings of the Fan Advisory Board and Fans’ Forum. These groups will focus on key areas such as atmosphere, ticketing, fan experience, and supporters’ clubs. Additionally, a fifth subgroup dedicated to inclusion will be introduced in January 2026.
