Elisabeth Terland made her return to the team during the thrilling 3-3 draw against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday. However, she was substituted for Leah Galton just before our late resurgence in Leigh.
After missing last week’s 3-0 defeat at home to Lyon due to injury, Terland’s presence was noticeably absent, especially since she has excelled in European competitions this season, netting seven of her ten goals on that stage.
Millie Turner is hoping to be included in the traveling squad as she continues her recovery from injury.
Meanwhile, Barbara Bonansea, a key player for Juventus since their establishment in 2017, is facing doubts about her availability following Saturday’s 2-1 victory over Napoli.
“Barbara didn’t complete the game in optimal physical condition,” explained coach Massimiliano Canzi. “She sustained a minor injury, and she’ll need to undergo tests to determine her availability for the upcoming matches.”
