FORMER UNITED AND ANTWERP PLAYERS
Fraizer teamed up with fellow young talents Jonny Evans, Danny Simpson, and Darron Gibson, all of whom enjoyed remarkable careers, benefiting from their shared experiences. Tom Heaton also discussed his time in Belgium with Senne. “We had a conversation about it,” Lammens said. “For him, it was his first experience outside of England. I think his time there wasn’t ideal; he didn’t get much playing time, but it was crucial for his personal growth. He learned that sometimes you need to put in the effort for your sport. It’s a rollercoaster—when things go down, if you keep working hard, they will rise again. His time in Belgium also equipped him for challenges later in his career.”
IMPRESSED BY CARRINGTON
Both Fraizer and Senne praised the new facilities at our training base, calling them truly top-notch. “We have everything we need to succeed here,” said our number 31. Former striker Campbell, who has one England cap, shared his amazement during his tour. “So much has changed since my playing days,” he admitted. “These facilities are exceptional. They match the stature of such a prestigious club and will undoubtedly support the players, both on and off the pitch.”
