Initial Encounters: The Squad's Take on Bryan Mbeumo

The Cameroon international has made quite an impression on supporters since his transfer from Brentford last month, and it’s no surprise that our No. 19 has also become a favorite in the Old Trafford dressing room.

In the latest installment of our ‘First Impressions’ series, nine members of the squad share their thoughts on Bryan, and their feedback is overwhelmingly positive…

Matthijs de Ligt: “He’s a genuinely nice guy and very humble. I enjoy talking to him a lot. I really appreciate him as a person. His finishing, speed, and strength show that he’s a great player. He has already demonstrated his ability in the Premier League, and I believe he can be a significant asset for us. He’s still working on his fitness since he missed some pre-season training at Brentford, but he has already displayed considerable skill. Once he gets fully fit, I believe we will see his true potential, which will be a huge boost for our team. I’m excited to see that unfold.”
