Matheus Cunha returned to the field on Thursday night after missing the previous matches against Everton and Crystal Palace due to injury.
The forward, who netted 33 goals in 92 games for the hosts on Monday, will be back at his former stadium for the first time since his transfer in June.
Player of the Month Matthijs De Ligt was absent for the clash against West Ham; however, Ruben Amorim has suggested that he should be fit to play against Wolves. Diogo Dalot, who left the pitch shortly after scoring against West Ham, is also expected to be available for selection.
Benjamin Sesko and Harry Maguire have both missed recent games, and there has been no further update on their conditions ahead of this match.
Wolves head coach Rob Edwards will be missing key midfielder Joao Gomes due to suspension, and Marshall Munetsi is sidelined with a calf injury. Additionally, Daniel Bentley, Leon Chiwome, Rodrigo Gomes, Ladislav Krejcl, and Fernando Lopez are all expected to remain out of action.
