Fletcher emerged from United’s ranks in the early 2000s, becoming the club’s 164th graduate from the Academy. Over his 13-year career at Old Trafford, he won every major trophy. After stints at Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion, he made a return to Carrington in 2020, taking on various coaching and management positions.
