The unsuspecting duo were in for a delightful surprise when they arrived for their gym session that day, where they were greeted not just by Sesko, but nearly the entire first-team squad, including stars like Bruno Fernandes, Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and others.
“Look, it’s Kobbie!” Ollie exclaimed softly as the midfielder walked past to grab some equipment, the young Reds supporter in awe of being so close to the United star. However, as a budding centre-back, his true idol is Leny Yoro, whom he had the chance to meet later when the visiting trio posed for a team photo, followed by getting shirts signed by the entire squad.
From their reactions, it was clear that the gym visit alone would have made their day, but they still had the opportunity to step outside and catch a glimpse of the on-pitch portion of the training, where Amorim’s team was making their final preparations for the upcoming match against Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford the following day.
As the players began to leave the training session, Amorim himself appeared and came over to greet the supporters. He took the time to pose for photos, share his autograph, and even joked about the unexpectedly pleasant Mancunian weather that day.
