The Academy is dedicated to providing players with experiences that facilitate their growth as footballers, aiming for them to eventually represent the club’s senior teams. Additionally, we emphasize opportunities for personal development and success in various aspects of life, including education.
RECORD-BREAKING ACHIEVEMENTS
This year, our second-year scholars played a pivotal role in achieving record results across the Premier League scholarship program. Ten of our players completed their apprenticeship qualification (The Sporting Excellence Professional) at Distinction Level, with exceptional performances from James Scanlon and Gabriele Biancheri, who earned the highest grade of triple distinction star. Seven scholars secured a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma, while three players successfully passed their A-Level exams.
At the GCSE level, many of our scholars excelled, with Jacob Watson earning an impressive six Grade 9s. Noah Ajayi, Rafe McCormack, and Yuel Helafu also performed outstandingly, and all our scholars should take great pride in their accomplishments.
