In the recent episode of the Inside Carrington podcast, our highly experienced goalkeeper shared that he consistently participates in courses to prepare for his future, including a recent one focused on becoming a sporting director, which he undertook alongside our podcast co-host Phil Jones.
“Prior to that, I completed a short executive leadership course at Oxford University. I’ve obtained my B-Licence as a goalkeeper coach, B-Licence for outfield coaching, A-Licence for outfield coaching, and a UEFA certificate in football management,” Tom explained.
