Former Bayern Munich and Liverpool winger, Xherdan Shaqiri, also shares this second spot with eight assists from 14 matches in the Swiss Super League. Rounding out the top five is Matteo Di Giusto, a fellow Swiss playmaker with seven assists in 14 games for FC Luzern, just ahead of PSV’s Joey Veerman, who has six assists in 12 league outings.
