Following the conclusion of the league phase, 12 teams will progress—four will advance directly to the quarter-finals, while the remaining eight will enter the knockout-phase play-offs. The draw to determine the knockout bracket is scheduled for Thursday, December 18.
The teams finishing in 13th to 18th place will be eliminated. However, as we’ve learned, with 13th-placed Valerenga set to face 12th-placed Paris FC on matchday five, it is no longer possible for Skinner’s squad to end up in those elimination spots.
We must commend our women’s team for this remarkable achievement in their inaugural Champions League campaign.
Congratulations to everyone involved—the journey continues!
