“Last year, we suffered 1-0 defeats to Nottingham Forest and Tottenham, but last week and today, you can see the determination we have to fight for every point,” the centre-back shared with TNT Sports.
“The season is long, and drawing three matches is more beneficial than losing. Today, we proved we can be a real threat with our pace up front; we demonstrated stability and capitalized on our strengths.
“We created more chances to exploit their vulnerabilities today. We played well and truly believed we deserved a bit more from the match.”
