Dalot has a keen understanding of the game and noted that he has faced Brighton multiple times; this weekend marks their 12th encounter, making them one of his most frequent opponents in a Manchester United shirt, alongside Liverpool.
He even has a goal to his name against them, having scored during the away victory over the Seagulls at the close of the 2023/24 season.
“They are one of the teams I’ve faced the most,” he remarked about Saturday’s visitors to Old Trafford. “They’ve been performing really well over the last couple of seasons, showcasing quality football. So I’m expecting nothing less.”
