Rick McGagh, Manchester United’s Director of Fan Engagement, shared his enthusiasm, stating:
“We are thrilled to welcome our new clubs into our global family of official supporters’ clubs. With a network of 350 clubs across 93 countries, this expansive reach showcases the worldwide support for our club, which we take immense pride in. Whether fans are at Old Trafford or LSV, traveling for away matches, or gathering at a local supporters’ club, we truly feel their passion and commitment. Supporters’ clubs serve as wonderful spaces for connecting with fellow Reds, building community, and experiencing the club through exclusive events and dedicated home match ticket allocations. I highly encourage anyone considering joining their local club to take that step. If you don’t have a local club, please reach out to us and we would love to assist you in starting one.”

Chad Phillip, chair of the Trinidad & Tobago supporters’ club, expressed his pride in becoming official:
“It’s a tremendous honor to be part of such a distinguished fanbase. Adding Trinidad & Tobago and the Caribbean to the 350 supporters’ clubs worldwide fills all our members with pride. Manchester United is akin to Soca and Reggae music; it unites diverse people. Our viewing events always feel like a family reunion, as we come together to support United.”
Baxodur Salimov, chair of the Samarkand Reds supporters’ club, added:
“Being Manchester United’s first official supporters’ club in Uzbekistan is a true privilege. It gives us a platform to unite fans and support our team while forging new connections. Our motto is ‘One life, one team,’ and we are thrilled to bring United to a new country. There truly is nothing like being a Red.”
