Lily Quinlan, the under-21 representative, expressed:
“Hello, I’m Lily Quinlan. Growing up among our fan base is one of the greatest privileges I’ve ever had, and I truly cherish it. I am honored to have the chance to promote a stronger sense of connection within our youth support. Reflecting on my own experiences, I’ve always felt that being a United fan goes beyond just our performances; it’s about the community in the stands that fosters mutual understanding, care, and support. Even when we face challenges on the pitch, we consistently uplift one another and navigate every experience together. I am eager to help maintain and expand this sense of belonging so that every young fan feels recognized and valued, allowing us to truly embody the spirit of being united.”
Bill Dixon, the over-65 representative, shared:
“I’ve been a United supporter for over 60 years, ever since my brother took me to witness our victory over Spurs from the United Road Paddock. It has been a joy to follow the Reds since then, and it’s a true honor to be part of the Fans’ Forum, allowing me to contribute on behalf of the best fans in football. I firmly believe that a fantastic fan experience is crucial for creating a vibrant atmosphere, which in turn leads to success on the pitch. We fans play a vital role in enabling our players to excel by generating an environment that supports their performance. The Fans’ Forum has an important responsibility in this, especially with the new stadium on the horizon!”
