The boss shared insights into United’s current transfer market strategy during a conversation with club media following training at Chicago’s Soldier Field. Later on Friday, Ruben and the team traveled to New Jersey in preparation for their first match in the USA since their arrival on Wednesday.
Fans, players, and staff were thrilled to see Mbeumo finalize his transfer from Brentford in time to join Tour 2025, presented by Snapdragon, allowing him to bond with his new teammates. Cunha also joined early in the transfer window, and both players attracted interest from several top clubs due to their outstanding performances in the 2024/25 season.
