PLAYERS NOT IN THE SQUAD
“I don’t believe their value will decrease for various reasons. Some players are looking for a new environment where they can have more opportunities, while others are eager for a fresh challenge with different teams. We’re allowing them the time they need to think and make decisions. Ultimately, if it comes down to them rejoining the team, they will, because they belong to us.
“I know for certain that Omar [Berrada], Jason [Wilcox], and the club have set valuations for these players. If those valuations are not met, they will remain as Manchester United players, without a doubt.
“I understand that clubs might wait until the last minute, but they might be in for a surprise, and I am prepared. I’m ready to welcome the players back. The added competition is beneficial; if they want to participate in the World Cup this year, playing time is essential. I welcome the competition among them, as it only strengthens the team.”
